MeteoRomania identifies a reported tornadic event in the Dălhăuți area on this date in the correspondence accompanying these radar products. This is not a separate confirmed tornado in Focșani city. Exact event timing, duration, damage rating and track were not provided. The Bârnova radar is about 150 km away, so its lowest beam samples well above the ground.
