Belgium’s Royal Meteorological Institute confirms this tornado through eyewitness imagery and Wideumont radar observations. Its article does not assign a damage rating to Houffalize; the EF2 mentioned there applies to Beauraing on 19 June. This sequence uses observed radar-derived rainfall from DWD RADKLIM over Belgium. It shows the parent storm, not a measurement of tornado winds.
