Event & radar context

MeteoLux documented a multivortex tornado that crossed from France into Luxembourg. The report estimates IF2+ peak damage; this preserves the scale and label used in that report. The 90-minute rainfall sequence includes storm context before and after the tornado. It does not represent 90 minutes on the ground or a direct tornado wind measurement.

Interpreting the rating

F, EF and IF are different damage-rating scales. Original source labels are preserved. Badge colours group the numerical categories for browsing; they do not imply identical wind thresholds. Radar products do not directly establish the damage rating.
